A note from Bay Winds:
TO CERTAIN (PARCEL B) ASHLEY PARK RESIDENTS
Due to old age and deterioration the 30-year old Bay Winds lake level control structure and related underground piping will need to be replaced. This control structure and underground piping are located on Sea Blue Trail near the south intersection of Swordfish Drive. The work is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, May 15, 2019, weather permitting.
We have been notified by the installation contractor that Sea Blue Trail will need to be closed between the first and second entrance of Swordfish Dr. for approximately two weeks.
Depending on weather and project progress all Ashley Park residents residing on Swordfish Drive, Pickerel Circle and Sawfish Terrace must use Swordfish Drive as temporary access. Palm Beach County approved road blocking barricades and informational signage will be placed where required.
We have also been notified by the project engineer that the contractor will be placing an electronic sign on Sea Blue Trail on May 9th that will advertise the Sea Blue Trail road closure beginning Wednesday, May 15th.
A dewatering pump used for proper structure/piping installation will be placed near the lake at the project site. This pump will need to be running 24 hours each day until the underground piping portion of the work is complete.
Please contact the management office if you have any questions.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation and we apologize for any inconvenience this project may cause.
