Community Management & Construction is a full service Community Association Management company that the Ashley Park Board has employed to assist in day to day operations.  CMC acts as the liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and our contractors and assists the board in various tasks such as mailings, obtaining quotes, and maintaining records.  Community Management & Construction is a family owned business, headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida.
