COVID-19 Update

Dear Residents,

We hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 and recommended social distancing requirements our property management team will be temporarily discontinuing in-person service for the time being. They will still maintain normal office hours. We recommend calling the property manager directly with questions at 561-451-3899 or using the contact page on our website.

We'll evaluate in the coming weeks board meetings making sure to follow CDC guidance. Additionally we have delayed the annual garage sale until a more appropriate time. In the near-term we recommend that all residents review the CDC guidelines.

The Bay Winds meeting has been changed to July 27th at 7pm. This was due to two Bay Winds board members that were unable to attend the original date.
