Due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19, recommended social distancing requirements/stay-at-home orders, and concern for the health and safety of our residents Ashley Park Board Meetings will be temporarily suspended. HOA functions will still continue normally and the architectural review committee is still available to review and approve modification requests remotely. We are evaluating remote tools to hold Ashley Park Board Meetings that would allow a dial in phone number for residents. We'll provide updates as we know more.
As noted in our previous update the property management team has temporarily discontinued in-person service for the time being. The property management team is still maintaining normal office hours for phone or email requests. We recommend calling the property manager directly with questions at 561-451-3899 or using the contact page on our website.
We'll evaluate in the coming weeks when to resume board meetings making sure to follow CDC guidance. In the near-term we recommend that all residents review the CDC guidelines.
