ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 9, 2022
Board Members Present: Daniel Lindblom, Stacy Puleo, Brian McGuinn, Jeff Wasylowski
Board Members Absent: Yulia Balyberdina
Also Present: Jim Bouras, Community Management & Construction, Inc.
The virtual Annual Meeting was opened at 7:00 pm by Mr. Lindblom via audio conference call.
Mr. Lindblom stated there were sufficient proxies (61) received to establish a quorum and open the Annual Membership Meeting. Fifty-seven (57) proxies and/or Members in attendance (20% of the Membership) is needed for a quorum. The quorum requirement has been achieved.
ANNUAL ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – There were five candidates for five open Board Member positions. The 2022 Ashley Park Board Members are: Daniel Lindblom, Jeff Wasylowsky, Stacy Puleo, Brian McGuinn and Yulia Balyberdina.
ELECTION OF ASSOCIATION/BOARD OFFICERS – Mr. Bouras opened the nominations for the position of Board President.
Mr. McGuinn made a motion to nominate Daniel Lindblom as President. Mrs. Puleo seconded this motion, and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
Mr. Bouras opened the nominations for the position of Vice President.
Mrs. Puleo made a motion to nominate Jeff Wasylowsky as Vice President. Mr. Lindblom seconded this motion, and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
Mr. Bouras opened the nominations for the position of Treasurer.
Mr. McGuinn made a motion to nominate Stacy Puleo as Treasurer. Mr. Lindblom seconded this motion, and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
Mr. Bouras opened the nominations for the position of Secretary.
Mr. McGuinn nominated Yulia Balyberdina for the position of the Secretary. Mrs. Puleo seconded this nomination, and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
APPOINTMENT OF BW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION BOARD MEMBER – The Board Members appointed Daniel Lindblom as the Ashley Park representative on the Bay Winds Board of Directors.
There was no other Association business to conduct. The Annual Meeting was adjourned at 7:05 pm.
