ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 9, 2019
Current Board Members Present: Daniel Lindblom & Michael McKay
Current Board Members Absent: Jeff Wasylowsky & Gloria O’Connor
Also Present: Paul Valyo & James Bouras, Community Management & Construction, Inc.
The Annual Meeting was opened at 7:00 pm by Mr. Valyo.
Mr. Valyo stated there are sufficient proxies (73) received to establish a quorum and open an Annual Membership Meeting. Fifty-seven (57) proxies and/or Members in attendance (20% of Membership) is needed for the quorum, the quorum requirement has been achieved.
Two association Members volunteered to count and tally votes on the Ballots for Board Member candidates. The 5 names with the highest amount of votes were announced as following: Daniel Lindblom, Michael McKay, Jeff Wasylowsky, Gloria O’Connor and Diane Esola.
The Ashley Park Board Members for the 2019 calendar year are: Daniel Lindblom, Michael McKay, Jeff Wasylowsky, Gloria O’Connor and Diane Esola.
ELECTION OF ASSOCIATION OFFICERS – Mr. Lindblom made a motion to postpone the election of the association officers until the next Board Meeting when Board Members Jeff Wasylowsky and Gloria O’Connor are present. Mrs. Esola seconded this motion and it was unanimously approved by the Board.
There was no other Association business to conduct. The Annual meeting was adjourned at 7:21 pm.
